My Mom always instilled in me that nature is the strongest form of magic. Nobody has to agree with me on the magic part of that sentiment but getting out into and being in nature is always invaluable. I highly recommend not just unplugging the media but unplugging. Period. Being out away from everything provides an invaluable clarity.
